4.3 Mechanism Fine Adjustment to Avoid Ribbon Wrinkles

This printer has been fully tested before delivery. There should be no ribbon wrinkle
present on the media for general-purpose printing applications. Ribbon wrinkle is related to
the media width, thickness, printhead pressure balance, ribbon film characteristics, print
darkness setting...etc. In case ribbon wrinkle occurs, please follow the instructions below
to adjust the printer parts.
The Printhead Pressure Adjustment Knob has 5 levels of settings. Switch the Printhead
Pressure Adjustment Knob and coordinate with the Printhead Pressure Position
Adjustment Knob to adjust the pressure and position on printhead.
