6. Practical advice:
6.1. Observe municipal regulations for the time of day you can use outdoor machines. In some
countries it is forbidden to cut in the morning before 08.00, after noon between 14.00 and 16.00 in
the evening and after 22.00 in the evening, to protect citizens from unwanted noise.
6.2. When operating in particularly harsh conditions, be careful not to overload the motor. When
the motor is overloaded, the motor speed drops and its noise changes. In this case, stop, release
the power lever (4) and adjust the cutting speed. Otherwise, productivity will decrease and the
machine may be damaged.
6.3. When cutting close to the edges, be careful not to get any foreign objects into the cutter.
6.4. Cutting performance depends on the density, humidity, length of branches and the speed
of cutting. Cutting performance decreases when the cutter is turned on and off frequently. To
optimize cutting performance, it is recommended that you cut more often, increase cutting height,
and operate at a moderate speed.
If necessary, it is best to have your cutter repaired only by a qualified RAIDER repair shop where
only original spare parts are used. This ensures their safe operation.
7. Environmental protection.
7.1. In order to protect the environment, the power tool and its packaging must be
properly recycled for reuse of the raw materials contained therein.
Do not throw away power tools at household waste! According to European
Union Directive 2012/19 / EC on end-of-life electrical and electronic devices and the
validation and, as a national law, power tools that can no longer be used must be
collected separately and subjected to appropriate recycling to recover containing get
raw materials in them.
