Cooling of the protection
equipment
Please place the hot thermal insulation
box after the process on heat resistant
surfaces, ceramic fiber blankets, or on
fire proof materials to provide a con-
stant cooling of the box. If you place
the thermo isolation box directly on a
cold surface, there could be deforma-
tions of the housing because of differ-
ent cooling times.
You have to open the cover during a
short time after the process. Otherwise
the absorbing heat of the box could
impact the temperature of the data
logger and the thermal packs.
Therefore you have to remove both
items as soon as the process is finished.
You have to cool down the box before
you use it again. In most cases it is
enough to cool the box down for one
night.

Refroidissement de la
protection thermique
Après la mesure, placez la protection
thermique sur une surface supportant
la chaleur, sur une couverture de fibres
céramiques ou bien sur un matériau
ignifuge afin de la laisser refroidir lente-
ment. Si vous placez la protection ther-
mique brûlante directement sur une
surface froide, le boîtier risque de se
déformer à cause du refroidissement
brutal.
Après la mesure, enlevez le couvercle
du boîtier de protection thermique.
Autrement, la chaleur absorbée par la
protection thermique continuerait à
influer sur les accumulateurs de froid et
par conséquent sur l'enregistreur de
données.
Enlevez à cet effet les deux composants
du boîtier de protection thermique une
fois la vérification terminée. Laissez
refroidir le boîtier et les différents com-
posants avant de les réutiliser. En géné-
ral, il suffit d'une nuit pour le
refroidissement.
