Heat protection and heat sink
Control
After use the heat sink should be removed
from the heat protection. Afterwards
shake the heat sink to check if the coolant
solution is fluid.
If the coolant solution is fluid, the heat
protection has to be recovered at a
temperature lower than 10 °C for over 8
hours.
If the coolant solution is still solid it is
sufficient to recover it at a temperature
lower than 20 °C for over 8 hours.
Please check the heat sink for mechanical
damage and density.
Contact ebro if the heat sink leaks. The
coolant solution is a non-toxic solution. If
it is solid, it is a powdery consistence that
slightly smells like acid. If the heat sink
leaks and the coolant solution is on the
bottom of the heat protection wait until it
is solid before removing it.
NOTE:
The coolant solution is not a dangerous
substance or a dangerous compound
according the EG-Guidance 67/548/EWG
or 1999/45/EG.

Vérification
Sortez les accumulateurs de froid du boî-
tier de protection thermique après
chaque utilisation. Sortez les accumula-
teurs de froid et secouez-les afin de véri-
fier si l'élément refroidisseur s'est liquéfié.
Si le refroidisseur s'est liquéfié, vous
devez refroidir les accumulateurs
pendant 8 heures à moins de 10 °C.
Si le refroidisseur est solide, laissez
refroidir les accumulateurs pendant 8
heures à moins de +20 °C.
Vérifiez l'état des accumulateurs de froid
(dégâts mécaniques et étanchéité).
Si le refroidisseur s'écoule de l'accumula-
teur, contactez ebro. La substance n'est ni
dangereuse, ni toxique. Il s'agit d'une
poudre à l'odeur légèrement acide. Si le
refroidisseur s'est répandu sur le fond du
boîtier, attendez qu'il se soit solidifié
avant de l'enlever.
REMARQUE:
Le refroidisseur n'est ni une substance
dangereuse ni un mélange dangereux au
sens des directives 67/548/CEE ou 1999/
45/CE.
