Display Meter – Function Introduction:
Take care that nobody can stumble over any cables.
Keep the Podium Wave 100 at place which children can not reach.
Turning on:
1. Connect the electricity supply into the outlet with 220V.
2. Turn the Power Button(ON) .LED lighted.
3. Now you have different possibilities to adjust item.
Display Meter Operation：
Programs selection：
A. ON – Press this button to turn the machine on.
B. Programs set up: before starting to exercise it is possible to chose one of the pre-set
programs by pressing PROGRAM.
C. In sequence the following programs will appear: " 88-P1-P2-P3-FA".
1. By pushing "88" it is possible to enter the manual mode.
• Time selection: before starting, press ENTER to set up the work time . When "00" will
appear on the TIMER display it will be possible to press +(FAST) increase
or –(SLOW) to decrease, from 1 to 10 minutes. Press ON, the platform will start
working.
