Contact Cold Jet technical support.
Following error on servo motor.
The unit is blocked and not reaching its position within the
specified time frame. Check if hopper is blocked for shuttle
faults and check if chamber heating is working properly if it's
an eject fault.
Empty out hoppers and blow dry units in case it has been
stopped with dry ice in the hoppers for a longer period.
