Read instructions before using the appliance. Failure to follow instructions could
result in death, serious bodily injury, and/or property loss.
Warning: accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children and pets away.
Do not move the appliance during use.
Turn off the gas supply at the gas bottle after use.
Any modification of the appliance, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions may be
dangerous and will invalidate your warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Retain these instructions for future reference.
Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that the
hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.
For Flare-up control please refer to the 'OPERATION' section of this manual.

  • Page 6 Insert M6x95 Bolts (D4x8pcs) through the trolley legs, the Spacers (D5x8pcs), and keep the tip of the bolts inside the spacers. While holding the barbecue body into position (2 people required), screw the bolts into the barbecue body as shown. CAUTION! Care must be taken to ensure the hood or lid does not fall open unexpectedly or becomes damaged when it is set on the ground.
  • Page 7 Remove the retaining bolts from Drip Tray Handle (B9), and then attach it onto the Drip Tray (B10) using the retaining bolts. Insert the drip tray by sliding it underneath the barbecue body. Attach the Bottle Opener (C11) to the right front leg using 1/4-20UNCx12 Bolts (D7x2pcs).
  • Page 8 Attach the Tool Hooks (C10) to the Hook Rail (C9) as shown; make sure the direction of tool hook is facing outwards. Attach the tool hook assembly to the Side Shelf (C8) using M6x10 Bolts (D8x2pcs). Attach the side shelf assembly to the Right Front / Rear Legs using 1/4-20UCNx25 Bolts (D6x8pcs) as shown.
  • Page 9 Attach the Side Burner Shelf (C1) to the Left Front / Rear Legs using 1/4-20UNCx25 Bolts (D6x8pcs) as shown. Retaining Nut Unscrew the retaining nut from Side Burner Ignitor (C3). Insert the ignitor through the Side Burner Base (C2) and secure with the retaining nut. Carefully lay the side burner base into the side burner shelf horizontally, and fix it using M6x15 Bolts (D9x4pcs) and M6 Nuts (D10x4pcs).
  • Page 10 Attach the side burner valve onto the side burner base using M4x10 Bolts (D12x2pcs) as shown. Press the Side Burner Knob (C7) onto side burner valve stem.
  • Page 11 ① ② Step Step ③ ④ Step Step Unscrew the pre-assembled Wing Nut (D13) from the Side Burner (C4). Insert the wire of the Side Burner Electrode (C5) through the side burner base; make sure it is installed in correct position as shown.
  • Page 12 Screw the M4 Step Bolts (D11x2pcs) onto side burner base as shown, to prevent the wooden parts of side burner shelf from getting burned by hot side burner lid during use. Place the Side Burner Grid (C6) onto the side burner base. NOTE: Only use cookware with a base diameter or between 150mm and 220mm on the side burner.
  • Page 13 Lay the Flame Tamers (B4) carefully into the body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the Cooking Grills (B1) and Round Grill (B2) into place. Attach the Warming Rack (A4) to the Barbecue Body (B5) as shown.
