Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that the
hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.

  • Page 5 Assembly IMPORTANT! TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: Medium size flat blade or Phillips/Crosspoint screwdriver,  adjustable spanner or metric spanner set. The assembly of this barbecue at least requires 2 people.  Remove any internal components or packaging from the barbecue body. ...
  • Page 6 Insert M6x95 Bolts (D4x8pcs) through the trolley legs, the Washers (D5x8pcs), and keep the tip of the bolts inside the washers. While holding the barbecue body into position (2 people required), screw the bolts into the barbecue body as shown. CAUTION! Care must be taken to ensure the hood or lid does not fall open unexpectedly or becomes damaged when it is set on the ground.
  • Page 7 Remove the retaining bolts from Drip Tray Handle (B9), and then attach it onto the Drip Tray (B10) using the retaining bolts. Insert the Drip Tray by sliding it underneath the barbecue body. Attach the Beer Bottle Opener (C11) to the Right front leg using 1/4-20UNCx12 Bolts (D7x2pcs).
  • Page 8 Attach the Tool Hook (C10) to the Tool Hook Support (C9) as shown, Make sure the direction of tool hook is facing outward. Attach the Tool hook assembly to the Side Shelf (C8) using M6x10 Bolts (D8x2pcs). Attach the Side shelf and Tool hook assembly to the Right Front / Rear Legs using 1/4-20UCNx25 Bolts (D6x8pcs) as shown.
  • Page 9 Attach the Side Burner Shelf (C1) to the Left Front / Rear Legs using 1/4-20UNCx25 Bolts (D6x8pcs) as shown. Unscrew the pre-assembled nut of the Ignition Button (C3). Insert the Ignition Button (C3) into the hole at the Side Burner Base(C2) and secure with the pre-assembled nut. Carefully lay the Side Burner Base(C2) into the Side Burner Shelf (C1) and make sure it is horizontal, Then fixing the Side Burner Base using M6x15 Bolts (D9x4pcs) and M6 Nuts (D10x4pcs).
  • Page 10 Attach the side burner valve onto the Side Burner Base (C2) using M4x10 Bolts (D12x2pcs) as shown. Press the Side Burner Knob (C7) onto side burner valve stem.

Insert the Wire of Side Burner Electrode (C5) into the hole at the Side Burner Base(C2) . Attach the Side Burner (C4) and Side Burner Electrode (C5) onto side burner Base using Butterfly Nut (D13) as shown.
  • Page 12 Using M4 Step Screws (D11x2pcs) lock to prevent Side burner lid from opening the burned wood trolley. Place Side Burner Grid (C6) into the Side Burner Base (C2). Attach the Front Screen (C16) to the Front Left / Right Legs as shown.
