Port 1 Compression Status

Compression statuses appear when Port-1 Compression Status is selected from
the Status menu. Data compression must be enabled for these statuses to
appear.
Follow this menu sequence:

Port-1 Compression Status
What It Indicates
Amount of data compression
throughput for the previous
5 second measurement period.
Identifies the LMI-reported DLCI
numbers assigned to Port 1 – the
identifying number assigned to the
path between two frame relay
access unit's ports.
DLCIs selected may be
compressed or non-compressed.
Pressing the Spacebar displays the
next configured DLCI.
DLCI statuses are listed in
ascending order ( i.e., lowest
number first ).
Amount of data compression
throughput received/transmitted for
the previous 5 second
measurement period for the
specified DLCI.
Specified compression DLCI's
connection status with the far-end
access unit.
Compression is disabled for this
DLCI.
Ratio at which data received/
transmitted is being compressed for
the specified DLCI.
Compression ratios do not appear if
Connection Status is Disconnected
or the frame relay Link Status
configuration option is disabled.
No data has yet been received/
transmitted on this DLCI.
