Statuses

Status information is useful when monitoring the FrameSaver access unit. Use
the Status menu to display information concerning:
Select . . .
System and Test Status
LMI Reported DLCIs
PVC Connection Status
Port-1 Compression Status
DDS Interface Status
DBM Interface Status

Displaying System Information
To . . .
View System and Test Status, including:
Health and Status – Displayed in priority order
(highest to lowest).
Self-Test Results – Diagnostic test run on the device
itself.
Test Status – Indicates which tests are currently
active.
Select an interface (Network, Port-1, Port-2, or BRI-B1)
and view the status of all DLCIs reported over that
interface.
Only available when at least one interface has frame
relay Link Status set to Enable and LMI Personality is
set to User Side.
View Source (or originating), Primary Destination, and
Alternate Destination information for each
PVC connection. Information includes:
Links (interfaces)
DLCIs
EDLCIs
Network statuses
Management PVCs are also shown.
View information about Port 1 DLCIs. Information
includes:
Throughputs (Port, Rx, and Tx)
DLCI's connection status
Compression ratios (Rx and Tx) if the DLCI has
Compression enabled
View the line rate on the DDS network interface (NET),
and the loss of signal strength from the local loop.
View the ISDN BRI DBM's interface (BKP), if installed
and enabled. Information includes:
Line Status
Operating mode
Name of the active ISDN call profile's destination
Last cause value message
Calling ID of the remote DBM
