Device type setting

You can select between "DVD" (default) and "BVW-75".
Use the [MENU] dial to select the desired device type and press the [ENTER/YES]
key to confirm your selection.

Sync play setting

You can select whether or not the unit locks to the incoming video reference when
it receives the PLAY command via RS-422 and plays.
Use the [MENU] dial to select "On" or "Off" and press the [ENTER/YES] key to
confirm your selection. When connecting an editor to the unit, select "On".

Editor preset setting

You can preset the DV824 to work with an editor in the best condition by setting
this item appropriately.
Use the [MENU] dial to select between "Video" and "Lynx" and press the [ENTER/
YES] key to confirm your selection.

After making settings appropriately, press the [EXIT/NO] key (or the [STOP/HOME]
key) to exit the MENU mode.
