Position Lap Belt on Child

Route the lap belt portion of the vehicle
belt through the booster belt path as
shown.
The lap belt should lay snugly across the
child's hips and not on their stomach.
5 Buckle the Vehicle Belt

Position Shoulder Belt
on Child
Pull up on shoulder belt to tighten.
The shoulder belt should lay snugly
across the center of the child's shoulder
and across the chest and not on their
face or neck.
Only use the shoulder belt-positioning
guide in the headrest if necessary to help
position the shoulder belt correctly.
Finished!
Check periodically to make sure your child
has not moved out of position and loosened
the shoulder belt.

Undo Pad Fasteners That
Connect Headrest Pad
and Seat Pad

Locate EZ Zipper on Seat Pad As Shown
Undo the fastener to expose the zipper. Unzip the seat pad.

Remove Seat Pad Panel from
Seat

Undo Seat Pad Tabs
On the sides of the car seat above the
Rear-Facing Belt
that keep the seat pad in place.
Place your thumb over the tab and pull
it down to release it from the keyhole in
the car seat.
Repeat for other side.
