Leveling Foot Lock Nut Leveling Foot Place the bench scale on a level surface and adjust the feet on the bench base only. - Page 8 BTEK AquaShield Series Bench Scale Instruction Manual Bullseye Level Adjusting Unlevel Level Overload Stop The overload stop is a set crew placed on the underside of the base and is designed so that the load cell bottoms out when more weight is applied than the scales capacity. To adjust this screw simply apply the weight that matches the capacity of the scale plus 5% and adjust the screw in until it hits the cell.

BTEK AquaShield Series Bench Scale Instruction Manual Load Cell Replacement Disconnect the load cell from the indicator. Remove SS platter from the spider assembly. Remove the four bolts that mount the spider assembly to the load cell. Remove the spider assembly and load cell spacer. Flip the bench scale on its side to access the bottom load cell bolts. -
