MACHINE INSTALLATION

8.1 INSPECT MACHINE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES
Inspect the machine for damage. If there is visible damage as a result from transporting the machine to the
customer's installation site, notify the carrier and the manufacturer immediately to report the damages.
8.2 SHIPPING BRACKETS
It is necessary to remove shipping brackets before setting up the saw. The brackets are orange and are
marked in the picture.
8.3 INSTALLING THE MACHINE
8.3.1 FOUNDATION REQUIREMENTS
A solid foundation is essential for normal machine operation. The machine must be installed in a location that
satisfies all of its foundation requirements. After the customer decides where to install the machine, the
installer must examine the following considerations in order to meet the foundation requirements:

sufficient floor weight load. The weight of the machine consist of weight of the saw with all installed
accesories and maximal weight of a material. If the floor is not corresponding with requirements,
proper foundation has to be done (mainly when installing machine with long conveyor is essential to
measure the level of the floor or make a new floor)

correct leveling of the floor has to be done with: +-0,04in/10 square feet tolerance.
