The Display tab provides functions to configure the monitor settings.
The tab use to
Adjust the screen
resolution
Change the screen
refresh rate

How to use
Move the slider to the left to decrease the resolution or move the slider
to the right to increase the resolution, and then click the Apply button.
Select the desired refresh rate from the Screen refresh rate drop-down
list, and then click the Apply button.
