Damaged or missing decals must be re-

placed in compliance with the marking posi-
tion table.
The roller guide rails must be coated in a
●
visible layer of grease.
Check that the wheels (traction, load) are in
●
good condition. The wheels must not show
any sign of damage or heavy wear. They
must be correctly attached.
Check that there are no objects, twine, etc.
●
blocking the operation of the wheels and
rollers (4).
Make sure the horn works correctly.
●
The battery cover (6) must be securely
●
closed.
Make sure the cover is (3) present and
●
properly secured.
Check that the chains (1) are undamaged
●
and evenly and adequately tensioned.
Visually check that the various parts of the
●
truck are in good condition and correctly
positioned;
Make sure that the anti-crush safety push-
●
button works correctly;
Check that the buttons and throttle/s on the
●
tiller are working correctly;
Make sure that the buttons and throttle au-
●
tomatically return to their correct position af-
ter release
Check that the battery plug/outlet are cor-
●
rectly positioned and intact;
Make sure that the start/stop key works cor-
●
rectly
Check that the truck brakes and stops when
●
the throttle is released;
Check that the truck brakes and stops when
●
the tiller is released;
Make sure that the electromagnetic brake
●
works effectively;
Check the automatic return of the tiller to
●
the vertical position with relative emergency
braking;
Check the battery electrolyte level and den-
●
sity as indicated in the battery instructions;
Check that the battery wiring is intact;
●
Check that the battery lock system is oper-
●
ating correctly (only for trucks designed for
side removal of the battery). Check that the
battery is locked in place.
Check the correct operation of the automat-
●
ic speed reduction system with forks raised
