SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Carefully read the instructions to get a
basic understanding of how the ladder
works so that you are prepared for an
evacuation. The ladder is only intended to
be used in private homes and must not be
used instead of statutory evacuation
routes prescribed by the authorities.
• The manufacturer cannot accept liability for
any damages resulting from improper usage.
• The product is only intended for
household use. Professional or
commercial use, or any other use that
deviates from these instructions, will
exempt the manufacturer from all product
safety liability and invalidate the warranty.
• Check the product carefully to make sure it
is correctly installed and working once the
installation is complete.
• Only use the ladder if the primary
evacuation route is blocked.
• The ladder must not be used from a
window that cannot be fully opened.
• The ladder is intended to be used by one
person at once.
• Avoid as far as possible carrying a child
when using the ladder.
• The ladder should be inspected at regular
intervals so that any damage and/or
structural weakness can be detected in
good time.
• The ladder must not be used to replace
other safety equipment, such as fire
alarms or fire extinguishers.

Make sure to defrost the product, it can
freeze solid.

DESCRIPTION
The product is a fire escape intended for the
evacuation of homes if there is a fire. All those
in the household should familiarise themselves
with the product and practice using it correctly.
The evacuation route should be clearly
marked and in full view, and all persons in the
household should be familiar with it. Check at
regular intervals that the product is in good
condition and ready for immediate use in an
emergency.
Carry out fire drills to check that the evacuation
route is easily accessible and really works for
everyone in the household, and that all doors,
windows etc. can easily be opened from inside.
