    Instruction Manual INCU-Line Cooled Statistics 5.7. This panel displays statistics about the currently running program or program that has ended. Statistics are calculated separately for each segment and for a current cycle. Data logging starts for calculation after 30 seconds from reaching the set temperature in the segment. The next data is registered every 1 minute.

    Instruction Manual INCU-Line Cooled 5.15. Defrosting All models are equipped with a special defrosting program (Figure 30). It appears on the list of programs available in the main screen after pressing the button Defrosting consists in temporarily turning on the heaters, whose aim is to defrost the coating of ice or frost on the chamber walls during normal use.

The User is performing temperature correction on his own responsibility and s/he must be aware of consequences of changing of manufacturer’s settings. If the equipment was calibrated, calibra- tion certificate loses its validity.

    The INCU-Line Cooled incubators have been equipped with an internal socket (230V, 50Hz) for EU plugs. Please contact VWR service if the internal socket needs to be changed to a UK or CH plug version. You can use it for connecting any electrical device inside the incubator.

    Instruction Manual INCU-Line Cooled 7.4. Access port Ø 30 mm access port can be used to insert an external temperature sensor, which has been secured with a silicon plug. The plug should cover the access port while the unit is operating. If multiple cables have been inserted through the access port and if it is not possible to use the plug, secure the access port with adhesive tape.

    9. REMOTE CONTROL OF THE UNIT Every INCU-Line unit can be connected to the Ethernet network and controlled remotely using the Premium Control software (option). The features of the program have been described in a separate instruction manual.

OPERATION OF THE COOLING SYSTEM If the unit is operating in low temperatures the evaporator may get covered with ice, this can affect the lower cooling efficiency of the device. To ensure proper operation of the device you should obey these principles: At temperatures above +8ºC the air automatically defrosts the ice cover, defrosting is self-operating.
