INSTALLING THE LOADING TRAPDOOR
The loading kit includes:
•
loading tube
•
loading inlet (A), with flange (B) for the loading
tube with flap opening
•
small parts
Alternatively, you can install the loading trapdoor:
•
at the front
•
or on the right side of the mantel.

Insulate the loading tube, and make sure
that it does not touch the fumes duct
The loading tube must be well extended
to facilitate the downward flow of the pel-
lets

Step 1: INSTALLING THE LOADING HATCH

Reinforce the plasterboard with metal profiles at the
back.

Make a hole 31 x 21
•
Secure the flange (B) and screw with self-tapping
screws with the the plasterboard
•
Secure the loading inlet (A). Screw (A) with (B).
Open the loading inlet to reach the screws

• Secure the flexible tube to the mounting on the
loading hatch with the included clamps.
• Cut the tube to length, fit the terminal of the tube
to the centring bracket collar, and secure it with the
included clamps.
Step 3: COMPLETING THE MANTEL

Before finishing the mantel, load pellets into the tank to
check that they slide down without difficulty.
