WARNING!
Do not wind starting rope or strap around your hand. Hold rope or strap by the handle
only. Do not start the snowmobile by the drive pulley unless it is a true emergency situ-
ation. Have the snowmobile repaired as soon as possible.
Attach one end of emergency rope or strap to rewind handle.
NOTE: The spark plug socket can be used as an emergency handle.
Attach the other end of emergency rope to the starter clip supplied in the tool kit.
Hook up on drive pulley.
Wind the rope tightly around drive pulley. When pulled, pulley must rotate counterclockwi-
se.
