5. Problems and Possible Solutions
In case of technical faults, you can determine how to clear any such faults according to the following list

Problem 1
:
Outlet pressure is too high.
Cause a
:
The regulator pilot has not been correctly set.
Solution a
:
Reset the regulator pilot; see Chapter 6 "Operation" in the Operator's Manual.
Cause b
:
The main membrane of the cartridge is damaged.
Solution b
:
Replace the main membrane.
Problem 2
:
Outlet pressure is too low.
Cause a
:
The regulator pilot has not been correctly adjusted.
Solution a
:
Reset the regulator pilot; see Chapter 6 "Operation" in the Operator's Manual.
Cause b
:
Delta pressure p is too small.
Solution b
:
Increase the inlet pressure.
Cause c
:
Filter cartridge is extremely polluted.
Solution c
:
Replace the filter cartridge with a spare cartridge.
Problem 3
:
Customers receive no gas.
Cause a
:
The regulator pilot of the gas regulation station has not been correctly adjusted.
Solution a
:
Reset the regulator pilot. See Chapter 6 "Operation" in the Operator's Manual.
Cause b
:
Safety unit is closed.
Solution b
:
Check the gas regulation casing, regulator pilot and the
Monitor control as well as the safety pressure relief valve. Replace the damaged
parts if necessary
Problem 4
:
Dust in the casing of the cartridge.
Cause
:
Filter cartridge is polluted.
Solution
:
Replace the dirty filter cartridge with a spare cartridge.
