1.3.4 Checking the Sensor Output

The DADF uses a 7-segment LED (LED2) on its ADF controller PCB to allow a check on
the presence/absence of paper or the state (open/closed) of the upper cover of the following
sensors:

1) Remove the ADF controller cover, and
set the DIP switch (SW1) on the ADF
controller PCB as indicated (normal op-
eration mode).
