15. ATX Power button/ Soft Power button: PS-ON
When using ATX power, the system power can be controlled by a momentary
switch connected to PS-ON Pushing the button once will switch the system
between ON and SLEEP. Pushing the switch while in the ON mode more
than 4 seconds will turn the system off. The system Power LED shows the
status of the system's power.

This connector supports the provided VGA cable with mounting bracket.
Connect the ribbon cable to connector and mount the bracket to the case on
an open slot .
