7. Installation Requirements

In order to enjoy reliable use of the VPC-3100 series, maintain the following conditions.

Space between the main unit and its surroundings
The main unit of the VPC-3100 series is equipped with air vents and fans for regulating
temperature. In order to secure room around the air vents and to facilitate the connecting of
cables, install the main unit with a space illustrated below between the front, side, rear surfaces
of the main unit and other items such as the surrounding devices and walls.
Install the product in a location in which air can circulate.
