Problem
Printout is not clear or has white streaks
Strange characters printing
Cannot start the print job
USBPRNxx: write error appears on the screen

Application Error or General Protection Fault appears

Cannot feed manually
Printout rotated 90 degrees
Vertical lines are broken

• If you are using the Color Image Scanner Cartridge IS-12 (optional),
refer to the Troubleshooting section of the IS-12 Reference Guide
provided on the Setup Software & Reference Guide CD-ROM for
specific instructions.
• If you have switched on the low-ink warning feature, then the
CHARGE/ ERROR lamp will flash when the ink is low. This is not an
error. ( 64)
