Switching Greyscale Print off
1.
From the File menu, select Print.

In the Print dialog box, click the Print Greyscale box off.
Windows
Make sure the colour settings are correct in the software
application
Some application software may contain a dialog box with an option to
select black and white only. Change this setting to enable colour
printing.
Windows
Make sure the BJC-55 Series is selected as default printer
It is necessary to select BJC-55 Series as default printer. If another
black and white printer is selected as default printer, then the BJC-55
Series could print black and white only.
