Tighten servo arm to aileron arm using four 2*6mm
screws.
Fix the aileron arm to the aileron servo.
The ruler should perpendicular to the top of servo
arm. Then use the blade to cut a slot of 45mm length
on the aileron.
After that, apply foam glue to the slot and slide the
control horn into it.
Slide aileron carbon fiber pushrod and Z-bend
into the heat-shrink tubing. Heat the heat-
shrink tubing to tighten aileron carbon fiber pushrod
and Z-bend together.
Slide completed pushrod into the hole of control horn
and servo arm. Place the wing and the
aileron on a flat surface. Then apply the glue to the
aileron carbon fiber pushrod and the Z-bend. Pay
attention to the opposite direction of the right and
left servo arm.
The flap pushrod installation is the same as the
aileron pushrod installation. And the flap pushrod
installation is without the arm.
