2.5.3. Log page

IQOYA *CALL generates traces that are written to a log file. Typically, alarms are written to this log file, if this has

been enabled from the "Alarms setup" menu.
This pages provides access to the unit system log page. One can either download this log as a *.log file or reset it.

Log file is useful for support and troubleshouting purposes.
Please note the log file as a limited size (2000 lines), and is handled as a two 1000 lines blocks. When 2000 lines

of traces are reached, the first block which contains the oldest traces is cleared and new traces are written. This

guarantees that the user retrieves at least the 1000 latest traces.
In case an SD card is used, the log file is kept on the SD card after a proper restart of the codec.

Logged messages concerning the platform and generic services are displayed using 3 colors codes :

black : generic info

yellow/orange : warning messages

red : alarms messages

Logged messages regarding specific call info are :

green : for incoming calls

blue : for outgoing calls
These call info are logged in with a specific ID number for each communication (form 1000 for incoming calls and

from 2000 for outgoing calls) for ease of use in case of investigation.
