Transport Protocol : It is the protocol used to transport SIP signalling. Depends on the SIP server
capacity (usually SIP over UDP).

Proxy Activation : Activate/Deactivate the SIP proxy (usually No).
A SIP proxy is a relay to a SIP server. Except on corporate installations, there is usually no separate SIP
proxy. Thus, your SIP proxy is your SIP server (also called SIP registrar).
If "Yes", one can enter the IP address or domain name and port of your SIP proxy in the fields which
eventually appears below ("Proxy Address" and "Proxy Port").
Auto Registration : "Yes" enables automatic and periodic SIP registration of your audio codec with the

SIP registrar. The refresh period of the SIP registration is defined below. Note that manual registration is
possible in the call window. We recommend "Yes".
Registration Name : This is the name used to register your audio codec with the SIP registrar (also called

SIP server).
This name is the first part of the SIP URI of your audio codec which generic syntax is < name>@<registrar
address>[:<registrar port>] where the part in square brackets is optional. The SIP URI (also called SIP
phone number) is the identifier which will be used by your contacts to call this audio codec.

Registar Address : This is the IP address or the domain name of your SIP registrar (also called SIP
server).
This name is the second part of the SIP URI of your audio codec which generic syntax is
<name>@<registrar address>[:<registrar port>] where the part in square brackets is optional.

Registar Port : This is the listening port of your SIP registrar (also called SIP server).
It is optional. If left empty, the default SIP port 5060 is used.
