Combustion head adjustment
The servomotor (10)(Fig. 2) varies air delivery based on required output by adjusting air damper opening and, by means of a link -
age (1), combustion head opening too.
The number of the fulcrum holes (5-6-7-8-10) in linkage (1) correspond to the opening notches on the head when the servomotor
driving the air dampers turns max. 90° - notches are viewed through the slotted hole (2) at the indicator (5).
To get the most from the maximum speed of outlet air from the head, which is obtained with the air damper on maximum opening,
but the head on minimum opening, initially fix the tie rod (4) to the fulcrum hole recommended by table on the basis of the required
output. If, with a rotation of 90° by the servomotor, the air is insufficient to guarantee the maximum required output, move the tie
rod (4) to the following numerically higher hole, thus increasing head opening and therefore air delivery.
Moving tie rod (4) onto the different fulcrum holes varies the head's maximum opening (when the servomotor turns 90°), whilst
minimum opening (when the servomotor is in the 0° position) remains unchanged).

Ignition pilot
For correct working, set the gas pressure (measured on the valve test point) at 30 ÷ 50 mbar.
The distance of the electrode from the hole must be 2 ÷ 3 mm, as shown in figure.
Important
Before the ignition of the main burner, check the pilot flame stability.
