Installation
Landing Gear
Note: The landing gear mounting brackets are mounted on the trailer frames by LCI.
1.
Attach landing gear (Fig. 1) to the mounting brackets welded to the trailer (Fig. 2A). Use the tabs (Fig.
1) on both sides of the landing gear leg to position it properly. The tabs should be in against the frame
rails and out by the bolts of the brackets (Fig. 2).
Note: Depending on chassis manufacturer bracket location tabs may be located above and below the
brackets (Fig. 2) or both tabs may be located between the brackets.

When the landing gear leg is flush with the back of the bracket, insert the
mounting bracket.

Use carriage bolt and lock nut to secure leg to second bracket (Fig. 2).
5.
Attach bolt-on pull pin to the landing gear leg (Fig. 3) by pulling the spring-loaded pin to open it, and
then aligning the pin with a hole at the end of the outer jack leg.
6.
Release the pin to lock it into place with a corresponding set of holes in the outer and inner legs.
7.
Secure bolt-on pull pin (Fig. 3) to exterior jack leg by tightening the attached two bolts and nuts.

Use the
" snapper pin to fasten the footpad to the inner leg (Fig. 3).
9.
Repeat steps 1 - 8 with the landing gear on the other side of the trailer.
