Installation and operation
4. Plug the appliance into an easily accessible single grounded socket.
Appliance Operation
1. Start the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF switch.
The operation indicator light (blue) in the ON/OFF switch lights up.
Temperature Controller / Indicator Lights
The temperature controller is used for switching the appliance on and off, and for
setting the water temperature.
Switching
Rotate the temperature controller to the limit, counter-clockwise.
Off
The heating-up indicator light (blue) goes off.
W (warm)
Warm water
H (hot)
Hot water
B (boil)
Boiling water
B (boil)
Interval boiling
The heating-up indicator light (blue) is lit, when the appliance's heating element
heats up water. In the case of interval boiling, the heating up indicator light (blue)
lights up in intervals.

Set the temperature controller to more or less W
position. Water temperature: 60–70°C
Set the temperature controller to H position.
Water temperature: 85–95°C
Rotate the temperature controller to the limit,
clockwise, to B position. Water temperature:
100°C
After single boiling, revert the temperature
controller by approx. ¼ of rotation; it should still
be in the red area B.Water temperature: 95–
100°C
