IL CONFEZIONAMENTO
E LA CONSERVAZIONE DEGLI ALIMENTI
Ecco alcune regole fondamentali da rispettare per
una perfetta resa in cucina.
Non cercate di usare il sistema per conservare pro-
dotti già alterati o impoveriti dal punto di vista
nutrizionale; non si recupera la qualità persa.
• Se utilizzate i sacchetti per conservare i cibi crudi
o cotti, ricordate di distribuirli in maniera unifor-
me per facilitare la fuori uscita dell'aria, e di non
riempirli in modo eccessivo perchè si potrebbe pre-
giudicare la saldatura per la tenuta ermetica.
• E' preferibile che la verdura e la frutta; una volta
lavate, siano asciugate per evitare ristagni di li-
quidi, che potrebbero renderle flaccide e per evi-
tare l'aspirazione di liquidi da parte della
confezionatrice.

USEFUL ADVICE
ON PACKAGING
AND THE PRESERVATION OF FOODS
Here are some fundamental rules to follow for perfect
results in the kitchen.
Do not try to use the system to preserve products
that have already gone off or are deteriorated from
a nutritional standpoint; lost quality cannot be
recovered.
• If using bags for preserving raw or cooked foods,
remember to arrange them in an even way in order
to facilitate the exit of air, and do not overfill them
because it could negatively affect the airtight seal.

• Washed fruit and vegetables should be dry, in order
to avoid the stagnation of liquids which could make
them soft, and to prevent the suction of liquids by
the packaging machine.
