This spa with its incorporated heating elements must be connected to a grounded
mains supply socket with a supply cord fitted with a plug and a portable residual
current device (PRCD) with a tripping current of 10mA.

No components should be located above the spa during use.
•
Components containing live parts (except parts supplied with safety extra-low voltage
not exceeding 12V) must be out of reach and inaccessible to a person in the spa.

It is necessary to have the plug accessible after installation of the spa.
•
The plug of the pump shall be more than 3.5 metres away from the spa at all times.
•
The power source on the wall of a building should keep more than 4 metres away from
spa and at a height of at least 1.2 metres.
•
Do not use extension cords, timers, plug adaptors or converter plugs to connect the
unit to the electrical supply.
•
Parts incorporating electrical components (except remote control devices) must be
located or fixed so that they cannot fall into the spa pool.
•
The wired controller must be properly stored in the side pocket when not in use to
protect it from falling or other hazards.
•
Always unplug the spa:
o
on rainy days
o
before cleaning or other maintenance
o
if leaving unattended for a long period (holidays, etc)
•
The plug shall be directly connected only to a socket-outlet of the fixed electrical
installation.
•
Do not leave the spa filled with water and unattended for long periods. Drain the spa
completely if it will not be used for an extended period. Disassemble and store indoors.
•
Never wear contact lenses when in the spa.
•
Do not use the spa during chemical maintenance.
