Engine identification labels

For the engine identification has a couple of
labels adhered to the right side of the valve
cover.
In these labels will find the following
information:
•
Application type.
•
Part number.
•
Engine serial number.
•
Chassis serial number.
•
Information of emission certification.
Also on the engine block count with the
following information (which is marked with
a punch in the middle of the engine block
near the transfer pump):
•
Engine control module part number (label
adhered on the module).
•
Engine type and application.
•
Stamped engine serial number.
•
Engine certifications.
