Select a number to change.
To change a one-touch speed dial:
Use the { or } button to select a one-touch speed dial (01 to 08) to change, then press the
OK button.
To change a coded speed dial:
Use the Numeric buttons or the {, }, [, or ] button to select a coded speed dial code to
change, then press the OK button.
To change a group dial registered to the one-touch speed dial:
Use the { or } button to select the one-touch speed dial (01 to 08) to which the group dial to
change is registered, then press the OK button.
To change a group dial registered to the coded speed dial:
Use the Numeric buttons or the {, }, [, or ] button to select the coded speed dial code to
which the group dial to change is registered, then press the OK button.

Use the { or } button to select Edit, then press the OK button.

Edit the information registered.
(1) Use the Numeric buttons to enter the new name (max. 16 characters, including spaces),
then press the OK button.
(2) Use the [ button to delete the number registered, enter the new fax/telephone number
(max. 60 digits (40 digits for Korea), including spaces), then press the OK button.

Deleting Registered Information

To delete information registered for the speed dial, follow the procedure below.

Display the FAX menu screen.
(1) Press the FAX button, then press the Menu button.
The FAX menu screen is displayed.

Display the TEL number registration screen.
(1) Use the [ or ] button to select TEL number registration, then press the OK button.
The TEL number registration screen is displayed.

Select the speed dial to delete.
(1) Use the { or } button to select One-touch speed dial, Coded speed dial, or Group
dial to delete.

If Group dial is selected, the screen to select One-touch or Coded speed dial is displayed. See
"Registering Group Dial" on page 74.
