WARRANTY These electric winches are covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of shipment (from the factory). This warranty does not cover any wear or damage resulting from a lack of regular maintenance. It also does not cover damage due to a lack of supervision, incorrect operation or improper use of the device, in particular as a result of overloading, pulling diagonally, incorrect supply voltages or faulty connections.
