Remove the front fender from the front wheel and retrieve
the M6 x 50mm bolt, M6 nyloc nut, two M6 washers, and the
stabilizer spring L-bracket from the small parts box. Install
the front fender top mounting tap to the top of the front
fork with the appropriate hardware in this order: M6 x 50mm
bolt, M6 washer, [thru fork], fender attachment tab, stabilizer
spring L-bracket, M6 washer, M6 nyloc nut.

Install the stabilizer eyelet bolt into the frame and attach the
stabilizer spring.

Use the two black M5 bolts to secure fender struts to the
front fork.

Remove the front axle from the front fork.
