place them individually on a soft cloth to prevent
scratches or other damage.
Carefully and strictly follow these assembly instructions
to ensure a completed product as designed.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.

  • Page 2 Assembly Instructions 2/13 IMPORTANT Ÿ Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor. Ÿ Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble. Ÿ Do not tighten all the screws unit each part is properly assembled. Ÿ The unit must be level to work properly.

    Assembly Instructions 8/13 Drawer (J) Wood Screw (long) Bottom STEP 12 Attach Drawer Front (J1) and Drawer Back (J2) to Drawer Side (J3) with Wood Screws (long). Attach Drawer Side (J4) to unit Roller at back with Wood Screws (long). Wood Screw (short) STEP 13 Slide Drawer Bottom (J5) into groove.

(See Figure 5) Figure 5 Attach Handles to Doors (D), (E), (Q) and (R) with Machine Screws. Insert Adjustable Pins into side panels at desired level.

    Assembly Instructions 13/13 IMPORTANT Ÿ To help reduce the risk of the unit tipping over, the Tipover Restraint must be installed following these instructions exactly. STEP 19 Drill a 3/8” hole in wall in-line with Anchor in wall Wall Screw Pre-drilled hole Bracket the pre-drilled hole at top of unit.
