FRONT FORK
Front fork leg oil level a (from
the top of the inner tube, with the
inner tube fully compressed and
without the fork spring)
112 mm
NOTE:
D While filling the front fork leg, keep it upright.
D After filling, slowly pump the front fork leg up
and down to distribute the fork oil.
D Be sure to stroke the inner tube slowly be-
cause the fork oil may spurt out.
9. Install:
D spring 1
D spring seat 2
D spacer 3
D cap bolt 4
NOTE:
D Install the spring with the smaller pitch facing
up.
D Before installing the cap bolt, apply grease
onto the O-ring.
D Temporarily tighten the cap bolt.
