Step 9
You will need
2x Hinge Sleeves
(H9)
Note: This step shows the door being fitted to open
from the left side of the cabinet. If you wish to open
from the right side, please ensure the Magnetic Door
Catches are placed on the right side of the Top &
Bottom Panels and attach the Door Panel on the
opposite side.
Insert 2 x Hinge Sleeves (H9) into Top & Bottom
Panels (P5&P1) as shown. Insert the Door Hinge (H8)
at the bottom of the Door Panel (P6) into the Hinge
Sleeve (H9) in the Base (P1). Loosen the Door Hinge (H8) at the top
of the Door Panel (P6) with the Phillips Head Screwdriver so that the
Door Hinge can slide along the top of the Door Panel. Insert the Door
Hinge (H8) at the top of the Door Panel (P6) into the Hinge Sleeve (H9)
in the Top Panel (P5) then slide the top corner of the Door Panel into the
Door Hinge. Ensure the Door Hinge is aligned with the Hinge Plate then
secure by tightening the Hinge Bolts with Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Step 10
You will need
1x Door handle/
1x Door plate/
foam insert (H12)
foam insert (H11)
Remove foam insert from the Door Plate (H11).
Peel the backing o the foam insert to expose
the adhesive side and place at the bottom corner of the Door Panel (P6) as shown.
Slide the Door Plate (H11) over the foam insert at the bottom of Door Panel (P6).
Repeat steps to attach the Door Handle (H12) at the top of Door Panel (P6).
