1 . Plug the power c ord into t he s oc ket on the s ide of the prin ter (#6 abo ve).
2 . Plug the other end of t he power c ord into a grounded elec tric al outlet .
3 . Turn on the pri nter. Pres s the power button on t he side of the printer (#1 0 abov e).
