To clear a jam:
1. Open the cover.
2. Tear the supply a nd remove the label ro ll.
3. Remove the jam med labels .
Caution: Do not use sharp or pointed objects to remove labels. It may dam age the printer.
4. Remove any adhesive t hat might be o n the pl aten rol ler. See "Clean ing the Platen Rol ler
and Printhead" f or more inform ation.
5. Reload the la bels .
6. Clos e the c over.

Clean the pla ten rol ler and pr inthead after ev ery fi ve rolls of l abels or when you see voids i n
the print.
1. Remove any labels .
2. Use a plastic utensil to remove the s uppl y slot cover.
