If th ese solutions do not work or you receive an error m ess age that is not listed, call Technical
Support at the n um ber listed on the b ac k of this m anual.
Action
Pres s the Power Button to turn the printer off, press it again to
turn the print er bac k on. If t he print er will not turn off, u nplug
it from the outlet, wait 10 seconds , then plug i t back in.
Ma ke s ure the pri nter is turned on and has power.
Correctly load supply.
Clean the print head.
Clear any jamm ed labels .

The printer is out of s upplies. Load suppl ies.
The calibrated s upply lengt h differs by p lus or minus .25 inches from
the format. Load c orrect supplies.
Printhead error. See your Sys tem Administrator.
The printer is busy or has an error pe nding. Turn off th e printer, wai t
two seconds , and then turn it back on.
