    ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Place adjustable base shipping container on solid, level surface. Remove top section of shipping container. Remove packing material. Carefully, lift adjustable base out of bottom section of shipping container and place on clean surface. Note: Allow for enough space to unfold base in setup area.
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY STEP 2 Align lower holes at hinge. On each side of base, insert bolt through hole (in opposite direction of existing bolt) (FIGURE 1).     TROUBLESHOOTING If the adjustable base fails to operate, investigate the symptoms and possible solutions provided in the chart below: SOLUTION SYMPTOM • Verify power cord is plugged into a working, grounded electrical outlet.
