My bed will not operate, is there a reset button? I did everything the manual says. I t appears to have no power to operate, the remote lights up but nothing happend, I changed batterys, unplugged the unit to no avail. please help ASAP. Thanks Larry

Cut the zip-tie and remove the mattress retainer. POWER CORDS MUST NOT INTERFERE STEP 3 WITH ANY ADJUSTABLE BASE Install (4) legs into the base frame.
