Working pressure too high

Possible cause
Proportional controller malad‐
justed or defective.
Inlet valve not closing.
Pressure gauge giving false
reading.
Venting valve does not blow off. Check the connections and

Possible cause
Proportional controller malad‐
justed or defective.
Inlet valve not opening or only
opening partially.
Pressure gauge giving false
reading.
Pressure relief valve maladjust‐
ed and/or leaking.
Venting valve does not close.
Engine not running at full speed. See chapter 9.2.
Engine air filter and/or compres‐
sor air filter clogged.
Oil separator cartridge heavily
clogged.
Fault: working pressure too low
