Possible cause
Hose coupling or maintenance
hose still plugged into the
quick-release coupling on the
oil separator tank.
Oil cooler leaking.
Leaking joints.
Unsuitable oil is being used.
Oil separator cartridge split.
Oil level in the oil separator
tank too high.
Oil return line clogged.
Remedy
Remove coupling or mainte‐
nance hose.
Contact KAESERservice.
Tighten joints.
Replace seals.
Use recommended cooling oil.
Change the oil separator car‐
tridge.
Drain off oil until the correct lev‐
el is reached.
Check dirt trap in the return
line.
