Removing the base cover

Remove the base cover to access tubing and wire connections.
• Use a flat head screwdriver to un-latch the base cover tabs from
the indoor unit. The tab locations are indicated by 'triangle'
markings on the base plate.
• Do not twist the screwdriver to dislodge the base cover from the
indoor unit; doing so will damage the plastic part

Attaching the indoor unit to the wall bracket

• Wiring connections to the indoor unit must be completed before
attaching it to the wall bracket
• Hook the unit onto the hangers on top of the wall bracket
• Ensure that the unit is level
• Ensure that the drain hose, tubing, and connecting wires are
aligned and in the proper position
Wiring the indoor unit (24VDC)
Connect the wires to the indoor unit by opening the decorative
front grille and following these steps:
• Remove the screw that secures the control box cover
• Connect the wiring as shown on the wiring diagrams on page 2
(a wiring diagram can also be found on the unit)
• Route the wiring from the back and up through the opening in
the front as shown in figure 7
• Ensure all terminals are securely tightened
