Replace the aspirating head.

Select required volume and start the unit. The airflow is directed into the agar surface of the plate.

At the end of the cycle, remove the aspirating head.

Close and remove the plate.

Incubate.
8.
Count the colonies, record the results on the microbiological air sampling report and read the results.

SELECT VOLUME
The volume of aspirated air can be modified according to 8 programmed values
PROGRAM VOLUME
The 8 programmed values can be modified
SET DELAY
The air sampler can be programmed to start sampling after a programmable delay
(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes)
MULTIMODE
The air sampler can be programmed to extend the total sampling time using
"sequential interval time" sampling by the following sub menus:
INTERVAL TIME
Can be programmed from 1 to 59 min
NUMBERS OF RUNS
Can be programmed from 1 to 19 air aspirations
SINGLE RUN VOLUME
Can be programmed from 1 to 1999 l
TOTAL RUNS
Shows the total volume of aspirated air
CONFIGURATION
You can use the SAS with eight programmable configurations

To identify the sampling point

To identify the operator's name
